From Legacy CRM to Podio in 3 Working Days
frinch AG helps brands achieve consistent point-of-sale marketing communication across decentralised retail structures. With 15 employees in Munich and a growing national client network, they needed a more transparent and mobile sales process.
The Challenge: Becoming More Mobile and Transparent
frinch's clients work in decentralised structures — and frinch itself needed the same. Management and staff needed to see at any time and from any location exactly where they stood with each client, identify sales potential, and track next steps. Their existing CRM system, vtiger, no longer met these growing demands.
The Solution: Fast, Efficient, Remote
The decision for Podio was made and the full migration completed in just three working days. The process started with a remote session to analyse the existing system, assess requirements, and back up legacy data. Kollaborateure then set up the new Podio environment, built the required apps and widgets, and delivered a remote training workshop to get the team up to speed — all without anyone needing to travel.
What's Next
Following the successful implementation of Podio as an internal collaboration platform, frinch is now considering expanding its use — from internal to external communication, coordinating supplier relationships, and organising software development projects with clients.
