Kollaborateure is a workflow consultancy from Berlin. Since 2012 we have helped organisations — from small associations and agencies to international companies — run their work on cloud platforms such as Google Workspace and Podio.
Digitising a bad process just gives you a bad digital process. That’s why we start with the people and the work, not with the tool. We take technical and organisational requirements into account — and also the very human ones of the people who will work in the system every day.
We don’t ship generic, off-the-shelf setups. We build individually tailored solutions that solve specific problems, simplify processes and make teams more efficient — a bit like a workshop, just for software.

Rico is the architect and builder of digital workplaces. He co-founded Unique Medien GmbH in 2004 and has led Kollaborateure since 2012, designing and implementing systems on Google Workspace, Podio, Tape and OpenClaw.
Technical Lead
Uwe started programming at school and grew up with the web. Trained as a mathematical-technical assistant and in bioinformatics at Freie Universität Berlin, he builds the integrations — APIs, cloud systems and interfaces to third-party tools. Favourite language: Python.
