How a Berlin Ad Agency Replaced MS Office with Google Workspace
Davids & Friends is a small Berlin advertising agency with a fixed client base, operating both locally and nationally. Two employees form the core team, but large projects regularly require coordinating and onboarding various external partners.
The Challenge
Working from home offices and shared offices, the team needed a flexible IT and communication infrastructure. They regularly exchanged large files with clients and partners, and coordinating external contributors on large projects was cumbersome. They were looking for a way to simplify and improve internal and external workflows.

The Solution
Davids & Friends made the complete switch to G Suite Business (now Google Workspace), replacing their private Gmail accounts, the Humyo cloud storage service, and MS Office. The migration was carried out in close collaboration with Kollaborateure.
